Shipping Policy – Best Liquidation Pallets

At Best Liquidation Pallets, we work hard to get your pallet to you safely, efficiently, and at the best possible shipping value. Because pallets are large, heavy shipments, please read this policy in full so you know exactly what to expect from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your door.

We calculate shipping rates for orders under $400 based on your pallet’s size, weight, and delivery address. We display the exact cost at checkout before you complete your purchase, no surprise fees.

Processing Time

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within few hours of payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Saturday, excluding federal holidays.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been picked up by the carrier. If you have not received tracking details within 3 business days of your order, please contact us at bestliquidationpallets.com/contact.

Shipping Carriers

Due to the size and weight of liquidation pallets, most orders are shipped via LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight carriers. Smaller or lighter orders may ship via UPS or FedEx ground service. The carrier used for your order will depend on your location, pallet size, and weight.

We partner with reliable, vetted freight carriers to ensure your pallet arrives securely and on time. The specific carrier assigned to your shipment will be noted in your shipping confirmation email.

Delivery Timeframes

Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery timeframes are as follows:

Delivery timeframes are estimates only. Delays caused by carrier issues, severe weather, or other circumstances outside our control are possible. We are not responsible for carrier-related delays once a shipment has left our facility.

Liftgate & Freight Delivery — Important

Liquidation pallets are heavy and bulky. Most freight deliveries require special handling at your end. Please read this section carefully before placing your order.

What is Liftgate Service?

A liftgate is a hydraulic platform on the back of the freight truck that lowers your pallet from the truck to the ground. If you do not have a loading dock or forklift at your delivery address, you will need liftgate service.

  • Liftgate service is available and can be requested at checkout or by contacting us before your order ships;
  • Liftgate service may carry an additional fee depending on your carrier and location;
  • If you do not request liftgate service and do not have a loading dock, the carrier may be unable to complete delivery — and redelivery fees will be your responsibility; and
  • The carrier will deliver your pallet to the curb or loading dock only — moving it inside your premises is your responsibility.

Please plan ahead. If you are receiving delivery at a home or location without a loading dock, we strongly recommend requesting liftgate service. Contact us before placing your order if you are unsure.

Residential vs. Commercial Delivery

We deliver to both residential and commercial addresses. Please note that residential freight deliveries may incur an additional surcharge from the carrier due to the complexity of home delivery. This will be reflected in your shipping quote at checkout where applicable.

Order Tracking

Once your pallet ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your shipment directly on the carrier’s website. For LTL freight shipments, you may also receive a PRO number (freight tracking number) in addition to or instead of a standard tracking number.

Receiving Your Pallet — What To Do

Receiving a freight shipment correctly is important. Follow these steps to protect yourself:

Inspect before signing — before the driver leaves, carefully inspect the outside of the pallet and all packaging for visible damage, torn wrapping, or signs that the shipment was dropped or mishandled.

Note any damage on the delivery receipt — if you see any damage, write it clearly on the carrier’s delivery receipt before signing. This is critical for any damage claim. Do not sign a clean receipt for a visibly damaged shipment.

Take photos immediately — photograph the pallet from multiple angles before and during unpacking, especially if there is visible damage. This protects you and speeds up any claim process.

Report issues within 48 hours — if you discover damage or missing items after unpacking, contact us within 48 hours of delivery via bestliquidationpallets.com/contact with your photos and order number.

Signing the delivery receipt without noting damage may limit your ability to file a claim. Always inspect first.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

In the rare event that your pallet is lost or significantly damaged in transit, we will handle the carrier claim on your behalf. You do not need to contact the carrier directly — just reach out to us with your order number and photos, and we will take it from there.

  • Lost shipments will be investigated with the carrier and either reshipped or refunded once the claim is resolved;
  • Damaged shipments will be assessed and resolved per our Refund & Return Policy; and
  • All damage or loss claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery (or the scheduled delivery date for lost shipments).

Order Cancellations & Address Changes

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can accommodate changes before your order ships. Once a pallet has been picked up by the carrier, we are unable to cancel or reroute the shipment, and our standard return process will apply.

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. Address correction fees charged by freight carriers will be passed on to the customer.
